- Half and 1-on-1 to one side, then other, switch back and forth.
- Half with an arm bar.
- Half with an underhook, roll back.
- Leg in, crossface over.
- Leg in over arm, both legs in, trap arm, move free arm up.
Crab Counters
- Pull leg under both of yours, push knee down, pop hips out, turn in.
- Arm under leg, hips down, cradle.
- Both hands on opponents feet, slide hips down, flip your hips.
