  1. Half and 1-on-1 to one side, then other, switch back and forth.
  2. Half with an arm bar.
  3. Half with an underhook, roll back.
  4. Leg in, crossface over.
  5. Leg in over arm, both legs in, trap arm, move free arm up.

  1. Pull leg under both of yours, push knee down, pop hips out, turn in.
  2. Arm under leg, hips down, cradle.
  3. Both hands on opponents feet, slide hips down, flip your hips.
