Match Reviews
When I owned Red Hawk I would sometimes do match reviews while teaching a private lesson. I found it very helpful in picking apart a student's style while they wrestle in matches. You can usually learn something from every little engagement and even small movements and changes of positioning.
And so I thought to myself, "I do this for kids, I could do the same thing with any match, and I bet I would learn some things as I work to teach to a broader audience about the intricacies of the sport." This is my attempt at doing that.
